I recently had a complete solar and battery system installed by SolarHub Canberra (20.68kW solar capacity, 48kWh SigenStore battery stack, 30kW Sigenergy inverter with full-home backup) and couldn't be happier with the experience.
Tom Steer, the sales manager, was exceptional from day one. He understood my technical requirements immediately and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. His patience was remarkable - he thoroughly answered every question I had, even when I sent emails with 20+ bullet points!
When battery stock shortages delayed my installation, Nicole (residential projects manager) was fantastic - apologetic, communicative with regular updates, and ensured my installation was prioritized once stock arrived.
The actual installation was subcontracted to LMC Electrical Group, who were excellent. Ryan from LMC (along with Tom from SolarHub) did a thorough pre-installation site visit, and on installation day the LMC team arrived promptly at 7am, well-organised with proper safety equipment. They even did a final walkthrough with me and happily adjusted some panels that were slightly misaligned until I was completely satisfied.
Since installation I haven't imported any power from the grid at all. The system performs very well, and the full-house backup proved its worth during a recent brief grid interruption that I barely noticed.

Our Solar Hub solar installation was completed in one day. The work was undertaken professionally, efficiently and with minimal interruption. The tradespeople were respectful, courteous, know their trade well and cleaned up when finished. We were happy with the cost of the installation, it was competitive, and our dealings with Solar Hub staff were also professional and courteous. Solarhub installed our initial system and just completed our 2nd upgrade (2nd Powerwall installation). I have found them to be reliable and trustworthy both times with about 12 years between jobs.

I can't say enough nice stuff about everyone I dealt with from SolarHub. So knowledgeable, well organised, professional. We had a complicated installation and they coordinated a range of others (and all their issues) so we didn't have to deal with them. Literally pain free solar.

We have one issue. Our evaporative cooling system was retained. However, there was no power to the controller. A member of SolarHub investigated and determined that the controller was faulty. It was functional prior to the install. He stated that they would order a replacement. No news from SolarHub.

Very happy with the crew who installed the system
Just had solar hub install a Tesla power wall for us. We went with them because we had use them to install our solar panels etc.
Both experiences were exceptionally good. They were very prompt, knowledgeable, great communication, and very friendly service from everyone from reception to installers - and even the apprentice. Can’t recommend them highly enough
